Because all items are one-of-a-kind or available in very limited quantities, all sales are final. However, if you are truly unhappy with something, please let me know and I'll do my best to address your concerns.

I tried to come up with reasonable shipping rates, but I know that sometimes it may turn out to be too high, for example, if the item you ordered is tiny and light. If it turns out that your shipping cost is ridiculously high, I will definitely send you a refund.
